The location of the hotel was great and favourable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cial Convention Centre. It took us 10 minutes to drive to this exceptionally friendly accommodation from the airport. The room was neat and we liked the stay.

The hotel's policy of not allowing direct calls to the property was inconvenient. Lastly, the constant emails from the hotel asking for payment, even after partial payment was made, felt intrusive and annoying.
